How To Shop
Our online shop is open, and we want to walk you through how it works.
Every piece in our collection comes from independent makers and vendors we love. We don't keep a big warehouse full of stock. Instead, we order each piece for you after you buy it. That lets us offer a wider, more interesting selection, and your piece arrives fresh from the maker.
How it works
You shop. Browse the collection and check out as usual.
We source it. We place your order with the maker right away.
It comes to us. Most pieces reach our Tukwila warehouse within 2–4 weeks. We'll email you updates along the way.
It gets to you. How depends on what you bought (see below).
Pick up in Tukwila
Larger, heavier pieces are available for pickup at our warehouse in Tukwila, WA. We'll email you when your piece is ready, along with pickup hours. When you arrive, you'll have time to look it over before it goes home with you. Just bring a vehicle big enough for it, plus a helper.
Prefer delivery?
No problem. We've partnered with Let It Go Movers LLC for local furniture delivery. They'll quote, schedule and bill you directly, and we'll coordinate the handoff from our warehouse. Reply to this email and we'll connect you.
A quick note on returns
Because each piece is sourced just for you, all sales are final. If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll work with the maker to make it right. You can find the details in our Return Policy.
