Simple pricing, no delivery markup

Pricing is per piece, per event weekend - pick up the day before, return the day after, all at one rate. Because pickup is on you, our rates run below full-service Seattle rental companies.

HOW IT WORKS

Three easy steps

1 Pick your pieces

Browse the collection by category - lounge seating, tables, lighting, and the small accents that pull a room together - and build a list, or start from a styled package.

2 Reserve your dates

Standard bookings run a full event weekend at one flat rate. Need it longer, for a shoot or install? Extra days are prorated, not doubled.

3 Pick up + set the scene

Load up from our Tukwila location the day before your event and return it the day after - no delivery fee built into the price.

Questions before you book

GOOD TO KNOW

  • The earlier the better, especially for popular pieces in December. A week's notice is usually enough outside peak weeks; for a wedding or a large order, a month ahead gives you first pick.

  • One flat rate covers a standard event weekend: pick up the day before your event, return it the day after. Need the furniture longer - for a shoot or an extended install - just ask, and extra days are prorated rather than charged as a second full rental.

  • One flat rate covers a 45-day term. This term begins when you pick up the inventory. Need the furniture longer? Just ask. Extra time is charged weekly when the first term ends.

  • A small damage waiver on every order covers ordinary wear and tear. Anything beyond that - and any piece that doesn't come back - is billed at replacement cost.

  • Yes, a modest one - enough to make the pickup coordination worthwhile on both ends. You'll see it reflected automatically in your estimate.
