These installations are tailored for listings where furnished-living appeal, hospitality-style presentation, and immediate usability help support stronger buyer connection — especially in vacation markets, relocation scenarios, investor purchases, executive rentals, and longer-market listings.

Standard Upgrade ✨

Our Standard Upgrade transforms the property from visually-staged to comfortably-functional and ready-to-live-in.

Includes:

  • Real beds & mattresses

  • Real bedding

  • Durable, livable furnishings

  • Curtains where needed

  • Bathroom towels

  • Stocked kitchen dishes, flatware, glassware & cookware

  • Closet hangers

Pricing:

  • A one-time installation & provisioning fee

Deluxe Upgrade ✨

Our Deluxe Upgrade adds the finishing operational details that further support furnished-rental appeal and immediate occupancy perception.

Includes:

  • Television (WiFi enabled Smart TV; Service not included)

  • Extra bedding

  • Microwave

  • Kitchen & bath soaps

  • Toilet paper & paper towels

  • Cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar)

Pricing:

Pricing varies based on property size, scope, and furnishing requirements.

The Deluxe Upgrade package is added in conjunction with the Standard Upgrade and includes additional setup, stocking, and ongoing inventory management fees.
